CHAPTER-III
NEEDS /GAPS IDENTIFIED FOR IMPROVEMENT
The school is achieving good results in Xth class since the opening of the school. We have no compound wall, and no enough water facility for drinking and toilets, urinals. There is no Bus facility to this village. So, the teachers not willing to serve in this School. Our average X class result for the last 5 years is 80%. If the infrastructure is provided, the children going to Private Schools  will certainly come and join in this school.
This School is in Krishnagiri  Education division and Krishnagiri  revenue division. Krishnagiri is 50 Km away from this Village
There is no compound wall. So, the public peoples crossed by motor vehicles through play ground. It is disturbance for teaching and playing. So, We need full COMPOUND WALL urgently. There is no enough water facility. So we need a BORE WELL urgently. There is no separate HEAD MASTER ROOM. So we need a separate HEAD MASTER ROOM.
Sri.S.UDAYASURIYAN, B.Sc., M.Ed., is the Head Master of the School. All the teachers are trained and attending in-service training programmes regularly. Most of the teachers are Post graduates with Computer Knowledge.
To improve Admissions and to reduce dropouts we are campaigning the importance of education, our results, about our well qualified faculty and extra facilities such as computer Lab, Science Lab, Library and Physical education.
We are increasing the learning resources through community mobilization and by organizing lectures by subject experts. Subject wise Clubs are formed. Every Year 16 hour’s adolescence education programme is conducted by specially trained teachers to IX and X Classes. For bridging up the above gaps approximately an amount of 10Lakhs(Rs.10,00,000/-) is required for construction compound wall, toilet, bore well and furniture etc.

CHAPTER – IV
STRATEGIES AND INTERVENTIONS.
There is no scope for opening a new school. The existing High School should be strengthened for quality education.
There is a lot of potential for enrolment in the school. Some parents are joining their children in English Medium schools in Uthangarai only due to the attraction of infrastructure facilities. If the Govt. provides those facilities in this school, they will certainly join here only. Plans are implemented in the catchment area to bring back the dropout students to the school. Flex banners, Pamphlets are used to attract the children. The teachers are paying maximum efforts for the development of the child by promoting Sports, cultural activities, exposure to life skills with regard to health, nutrition and personality development.
The school invites famous persons like agriculturists, educationists, doctors, old students who are well qualified to motivate the child.
The school has subject clubs headed by concerned teachers. They conduct literacy activities, quiz, debating, essay writing, model assembly and preparing various projects. The school participated in the science fair conducted in mandal level and district level.
The school has a Library with 1200 books and the Language  (Tamil) is holding the responsibility of librarian apart from her academic duties. The science teachers are doing experiments and using Science models while teaching. Two teachers are working as counselors for guidance in both academic and non academic matters.
The SMDC has met three times in this academic year and discussed about the development of the children. After every unit test and terminal examinations PTA meeting will be conducted. Answer sheets will be shown to the parents to know the performance of their Child. Progress cards will be issued after every exam.
The Teacher Pupil ratio is 1:20. The average attendance of the school in last year is in between 75% and 85% .The school will celebrate all important days of national interest. Proposed budget for implementing above strategies is Rs.1000/-

The budget Provision may be made for implementing the above said innovations is Rs. 5000/- .

CHAPTER – VI
COMMUNITY MOBILISATION

Most of the teachers in our School are more qualified with M.Sc./M.A./M.Phil. and B.Ed./M.Ed. qualifications and have more experience than the teachers of private schools. Slow learners are being adopted by the teachers.
The students studying in xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  and motivated the 10th Students through explaining the education system, facilities and competition at those institutions.
PTA is taking more care about the development of the school.
